In a strategy move that could have been inspired by “Don Quixote,” 50 New York State residents who are members of the “1 Percent” urged Governor Cuomo and members of the State Legislature to extend the Millionaire’s Tax and raise rates for those earning $665,000 or more.
“We are deeply concerned that too many New Yorkers are struggling economically, and the state’s ailing infrastructure is in desperate need of attention,” they said in a letter dated March 21.
