Five Assistant U.S. Attorneys from the Southern District of New York were among 160 employees nationwide honored “for their dedication to carrying out the mission of the Department of Justice” with awards from the Executive Office for United States Attorneys.
“Our honorees include career executives and supervisors; Assistant U.S. Attorneys and Special Assistant U.S. Attorneys; appellate attorneys and law-enforcement officials; administrators, paralegals and public-affairs officers,” Loretta Lynch, U.S. Attorney General and former U.S. Attorney for New York’s Eastern District, said at a ceremony in Washington.
