Disgraced former Queens Borough Public Library CEO Thomas Galante last week struck back at his ex-employer in a lawsuit, seeking $2 million in severance money he said he’s owed under his employment contract.
Mr. Galante, whose salary and questionable spending on perks prompted a scandal which led to the replacement of half of the library’s board of trustees, also blamed politically motivated leaks for his December 2014 firing.
