The longtime general counsel for the Municipal Credit Union, Thomas Siciliano, has been forced out as part of an internal shake-up in the wake of a massive fraud perpetrated by its former CEO and President, Kam Wong.
Last year, Mr. Wong pled guilty to stealing more than $8 million over several years from the non-profit credit union, which serves 500,000 mostly municipal employees and their families.
