Fired EMT Provisionals May Sue, Suspect City Retaliated Over Ad

Three of the five veteran FDNY Emergency Medical Technicians who were terminated March 29 by Fire Commissioner Daniel Nigro because of their provisional status are seeking the advice of an attorney about a possible lawsuit.

Former EMTs Michael O’Neil (hired in 2007), Jasmine Mullamphy (2006), and Maurice Lewis (1999) have 45 years’ experience collectively and hope to get back a job they say they love.
