Thirty-four Fire Prevention Inspectors were promoted in a ceremony led by Fire Commissioner Daniel Nigro at FDNY headquarters in downtown Brooklyn.
The Inspectors work in the Bureau of Fire Prevention enforcing the city’s fire code and handling questions about regulations.
