With Transport Workers Union Local 100 elections less than a month away, a neutral election monitor ruled that members of one challenger’s slate improperly raised about $300 at a fund-raiser.
Barbara Deinhardt, in response to a complaint by a candidate allied with President John Samuelsen, ruled that the Transport Workers United Slate improperly raised $250 to $320 at an August 2014 block party held at a Queens bus depot.
