Phil T. Pulaski, fired as Chief of Detectives early last year by incoming Police Commissioner William J. Bratton, has gotten a new job.
Mr. Pulaski is now Chief of the Muttontown, L.I. Police Department, which has 12 officers. The Chief of Detectives has 4,000 officers reporting to him, the NYPD said.
