Two former Correction Officers convicted of involvement in an assault on an inmate have been sentenced, one to 90 days in jail to be served on weekends and the other to 200 hours of community service.
CO Victor Rodman, 53, was convicted last year by Bronx Supreme Court Justice Martin Marcus of third-degree assault, a Class A misdemeanor, and first-degree falsification of business records, a Class E felony. In addition to the jail time, he must perform 200 hours of community service.
