A 911 dispatcher who talked two cops through delivering a baby April 15 was just doing an everyday thing, his union president said last week.
Israel Miranda, who heads the local representing Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics, said he was surprised at the media attention given when Police Officers Joseph Sferrazza and Kristin Coscia helped a Bedford-Stuyvesant woman deliver a baby boy that afternoon.
