District Council 37 Nov. 2 reached a tentative contract with the City University of New York that would give its 10,000 non-pedagogical employees in the system 8.24 percent in raises over a 52-month period.
The deal’s average annual value is consistent with a 44-month pact on behalf of its municipal members that provided 7.42 percent in pay hikes, including compounding.
