Governor Cuomo took a rhetorical swing at President Trump last week, but wound up handing the Republican challenging him for a third term a club to beat him with, and worsening his already-poor relationship with the President.
Responding to an attack from Mr. Trump daring him to run against him in 2020, Mr. Cuomo, a constant critic, riffed in a speech Aug. 15 on the President’s 2016 campaign slogan, “Make America Great Again.”
