For the third time in a month during a high-profile address, Governor Cuomo sang organized labor’s praises.
As he did in his “2019 Justice Agenda” speech Dec. 17 and again in his third inaugural address on New Year’s Day, Mr. Cuomo touted labor as a cornerstone institution during his Jan. 15 speech and vowed to further shield union members from what he called devious incursions from the Federal Government into worker protections.
