Governor Andrew Cuomo on Dec. 7 for at least the fourth time vetoed a bill that, if enacted, would provide enhanced disability pensions to uniformed Court and Peace Officers in the Unified Court System.
The legislation, along with several other bills that would have provided enhanced benefits to public employees, would be fiscally imprudent, he wrote in his veto message.
