COs Rallying Behind A Murdered Colleague

Police have arrested a Metropolitan Transportation Authority maintenance worker for allegedly murdering a Correction Officer in a case of road rage, as a group of COs started an online petition to have their colleague promoted posthumously.

Correction Officer Jonathan Narain, 27, was killed on the morning of Sept. 14 in Richmond Hill, Queens, after a confrontation on his way to work at the Anna M. Kross Center on Rikers Island.
