William Valentin, a former member of the Correction Officers Benevolent Association executive board who was kicked off after a dispute with union president Norman Seabrook, announced last week that he was running against Mr. Seabrook in elections this spring.
Ms. Valentin predicted Mr. Seabrook, who is facing Federal investigations on two fronts, may not even run this time. “He has some real issues,” Mr. Valentin said. “I don’t think he’s going to make it out of that.”
