State Supreme Court Justice Vito C. Caruso, the Administrative Judge for the 4th Judicial District, has been appointed Deputy Chief Administrative Judge for Courts Outside New York City.
Justice Caruso will manage the day-to-day operations of the trial-level courts in the 57 counties outside of New York City, which include some 700 state-paid judges and 5,500 non-judicial employees.
