Chris Collins, the Republican Congressman who suspended his re-election campaign after being indicted on insider-trading charges but resumed it after he couldn’t figure out how to get off the ballot, was sharply criticized by a colleague last week for an attack ad on television that depicted his opponent speaking Korean.
Mr. Collins was the first Member of Congress to endorse Donald Trump’s bid for the presidency. He made the nomination speech at the 2016 Republican National Convention.
