A longtime NYPD Detective has described Brooklyn's 66th Precinct as replete with casual racism, bias and prejudice, and rife with a rowdy and disruptive atmosphere unconducive to police work.
In a Federal complaint filed last month, Detective Michael Moy, who identifies as Chinese-American, said he was subjected to “severe ethnic discrimination” by colleagues making racist jokes at his expense while supervisors took no action.
