Even as their agency remained a target for harsh criticism by public officials and tenants, training for Housing Authority operations staff to improve energy usage and waste management in the city’s public housing was completed Feb. 21 to help them better understand how their buildings work.
The agency trained about 500 Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents over the course of six sessions.
