A planned Nov. 15 City Council hearing on crime in parks was postponed a week earlier because of logistical issues concerning Occupy Wall Street, prompting one official of District Council 37 Local 983 to claim this proved that the eviction of protesters from Zuccotti Park at 1 a.m. that morning had been planned for more than a week.
