The Department of Education should honor a court order and open School Leadership Team meetings to the public, attorneys representing Public Advocate Letitia James and Class Size Matters said earlier this month. They urged the Appellate Division of State Supreme Court to reject a stay that keeps the meetings closed while it reviews an appeal to an April ruling.
