Mayor de Blasio and Police Commissioner William J. Bratton last week honored 18 officers whose names were added to the NYPD Memorial Wall at Police Headquarters. Four died in the line of duty last year and 14 succumbed to illnesses they contracted from exposure to 9/11 debris.
