Some unions in Ohio are being sued by a right-to-work legal group over issues stemming from the Janus case, reports the Houston Chronicle.
The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, which played a key role in helping argue the JANUS decision, filed lawsuits against affiliates of the American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees.
