The Service Employees International Union, one of the nation’s largest, is itself being accused conducting anti-union activities, HuffPost reports.

The Office of Professional Employees International Union Local 2, which represents workers at SEIU's Washington, D.C., headquarters, alleges that SEIU has outsourced union work. The local said SEIU employees authorized a strike.

“The truth is that what they preach publicly... is very different from what they do internally,” HuffPost quoted a researcher at SEIU who’s also a shop steward for OPEIU, as saying.

SEIU represents more than two million workers in areas diverse as janitorial services, health care and higher education.
