The State University of New York is looking for Campus Safety Specialists with experience in a fire department to work on its campuses at Albany, Farmingdale, New Paltz and Stony Brook. The application deadline is Sept. 2 and the fee is $25.
The salary is $37,527 per year. If you work in New York City or in Nassau, Suffolk, Rockland or Westchester counties, you will receive an additional $3,026 annual downstate adjustment. In Dutchess, Orange or Putnam Counties, you would get a $1,513 annual mid-Hudson adjustment.
