The Department of Citywide Administrative Services has created a fourth computerized-testing and application center for civil-service exams, this one in Staten Island.
The testing center opened Dec. 18 at 135 Canal St., Third Floor, in the Stapleton-St. George section, the agency announced. The location is within walking distance of the Staten Island Railway and local bus routes and across the street from Tappen Park.
