The city has scheduled an exam for Special Officer to provide security at city buildings. There are two categories of jobs: Special Officer for agencies under the jurisdiction of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services and Special Officer (NYC Health + Hospitals). The application and testing period runs through Nov. 30, and the nonrefundable application fee is $47.
The current minimum salary is $32,426 per year.
