The city is holding tests for School Safety Agents through Dec. 31. Those in the job provide security and work to ensure the safety of students, faculty and visitors in city public school buildings and surrounding premises by patrolling and operating scanning equipment, verifying identity and escorting visitors, and by challenging unauthorized personnel.
The minimum salary is $32,426.
