The city is accepting applications for Child Protective Specialist. You may apply and schedule a test through the end of the month. The nonrefundable application fee is $68.
The current minimum annual salary is $47,250. There are two assignment levels within this class of positions. After six months of training and experience at Assignment Level I, you would be appointed to Assignment Level II at an annual salary of $51,315. After completing your 18-month probationary period, you would be paid $54,720.
