The Police Officer son of Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association President Patrick J. Lynch confronted a pair of self-identified gang members fighting in front of the family’s home July 1, according to court documents.
The two, who said they were Trinitarios, threatened both the younger Lynch and his father, forcing the son, Patrick Jr., to draw his gun, the documents said. The men were arrested and charged with menacing and harassment.
