With barely three weeks to go before the gubernatorial election, Governor Cuomo seems to be increasing his advantage over his challenger, Dutchess County Executive Mark Molinaro.
The most-recent poll, taken by the Siena College Research Institute and released Oct. 1, found Mr. Cuomo, who is seeking his third term, favored by 50 percent of those surveyed, to Mr. Molinaro’s 28 percent.
